As VP Marketing for Civil Aerospace Technology and Future Programmes, Caroline is the customer advocate within the Strategy, R&T and Engineering communities at Rolls-Royce and is closely involved in technology development programmes such as UltraFan.

She has over 25 years of experience in international business development and joined Rolls-Royce in 2005 as a Sales Director. Caroline has a BA Hons in French/Russian from Sheffield University and a post-grad Diploma in Marketing
