Principal at Bolt Steward Ltd an FCA Regulated broker, Phillip has been a professional in the aerospace sector for over 43 years. An economist, engineer and FCA Approved Person by formal training, he joined British Aerospace as an apprentice in 1977 and left as an Executive Director in 1999. Periods at Airbus and Asset Management provided the grounding for his second career in the City of London as an MD at Marsh McLennan and Global Head of Aerospace for their Enterprise Risk Division. In 2005 he left Willis Limited to set up his own companies, now specializing in asset and credit risk mitigation across the whole transportation and equipment finance sectors. Bolt Advisory Ltd, a consultancy company has associations with two US institutions. With clients on all continents and having facilitated the transfer of over $6bn of aviation asset risk.
