Sergii Grytsenko currently holds position of Fleet Contracts Director in Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) with headquarters in Kyiv, Ukraine. He joined UIA as a legal counsel but his keen interest in the aircraft financing and leasing forced him to move to fleet department.

In his role of Fleet Contracts Director Sergii manages all aircraft and engines purchase and leasing contracts, ACMIs and wet leasing arrangements, leads communication with OEMs, lessors, MROs, financial institutions and banks etc.; acts as commercial negotiator for the airline and supervises deliveries and redeliveries of the aircraft and engines.
