Bhavik joined Rolls-Royce plc over 7 years ago, gaining experience around the business before joining the Rolls-Royce plc’s joint venture, RRPF Engine Leasing Ltd in 2022.

Bhavik specialises in business transformation and is currently leading the external delivery of RRPF’s technical records system and redelivery tools.

Bhavik is also the Engineering Programme Director of InvestIN Education where provides insight on an Engineering Career Experience.
