Profile

As Director Asset Management, Ruediger is responsible for the Assets owned and managed by MTU Maintenance Lease Services, both Engines and Parts, which includes the Acquisition, MRO cycle and sale of Assets, thus taking responsibility for a large part of the turnover and profit & loss of the company. Having a master´s degree in Engineering, Ruediger started his career at Rolls-Royce and joined MTU in 2001 holding various management positions including material planning and purchasing before moving over to the Leasing arm in 2014.
