Steven Ades FCCA Is a certified chartered accountant, who joined AerFin in 2010 at its inception in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. Within this role, Steven was responsible for all aspects of financial control, P&L, cash-flow management and reporting within the business, including strategic responsibility for business planning and acquisition funding. Most recently, in 2023, Steven moved into the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Where he assumes responsibility for the organisations strategic planning including the management of an inventory portfolio consisting of more than 86,000 stock lines, Steve heads up the Strategy, Inventory, Repairs, Pricing and Marketing functions, ensuring AerFin’s extensive inventory holding is strategically aligned to the needs of their customers.
